Allsport – Parts Inventory Specialist / Internet sales
The parts inventory specialist / internet sales supports the success of the parts department through their meticulous organization, product knowledge, understanding of selling on internet platforms, product presentation and their overall understanding / maintenance of the Allsport parts department.
Duties and responsibilities
- Control existing inventory both stock and being sold online, including but not limited to product location, tagging and pricing
- Establishes and maintains inventory organization through bin locations and accurate inventory counts located in dealership DSM
- Creating optimized titles, using relevant keywords, choosing the right format (auction/Buy It Now), and uploading high-quality images. according to Allsport and supplier standards
- Maintains current technical knowledge on all products being sold online
- Promptly processing payments, packaging items securely, and shipping out on time
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to Parts department and management
- Provide superior customer services by responding to buyer questions, handling returns, resolving disputes, and managing feedback.
- Ensures listings comply with online platform policies and using platform tools to analyze sales data and performance.
- Other duties as assigned
Physical demands
- Must be able to lift, carry and move with proper equipment product upwards of 75lb
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about.
- Must be able to perform duties with reasonable accommodation as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to operate and maintain online platforms
Pay scale: $18 base 5% margin of online sales (margin will be calculated using final cost of sold product after online fees)
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
