Account Executive - Commercial Services - Base Salary to 85k/year - Memphis, TN
- Our client is seeking an Account Executive to develop new business and manage customer relationships throughout the Memphis, TN market. This position focuses on identifying commercial service opportunities, securing new customers, and managing recurring service agreements.
- The Account Executive will work with commercial property owners, facility managers, and maintenance managers to develop new accounts, expand business opportunities, and maintain existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new commercial customers through outbound sales, lead generation, and business development activities.
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, customer outreach, and territory sales activities.
- Sell commercial service agreements and recurring maintenance contracts to prospective customers.
- Manage existing customer accounts, including service agreement renewals and contract retention.
- Develop relationships with facility managers, maintenance managers, building owners, and other commercial decision-makers.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track prospecting activities, and monitor progress toward established sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work with the Sales Manager to implement territory development strategies and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2 years of sales experience, including demonstrated success in prospecting, new business development, and customer acquisition.
- Documented history of achieving sales quotas, revenue targets, or other measurable sales KPIs.
- Experience managing sales prospecting activities and developing new customer accounts.
Compensation:
- Our client is offering a base salary in the 65k - 85k/year range and an uncapped bonus/commission structure that should add another 15k - 35k in the first year and put you well into the six-figure range in 2-3 years.
