Job Description
AllScapes Ohio is seeking a motivated and reliable team member to join our hardscape installation crew. This is a full-time position working on a variety of residential outdoor construction projects. We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn and grow with our company.
Responsibilities
- Install paver patios, walkways, and driveways
- Build retaining walls
- Perform lawn installations and grading
- Install drainage systems
- Assist with concrete projects
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
- Load, unload, and transport materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work efficiently as part of a team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hardscaping, landscaping, concrete, or construction is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- CDL is a plus and may qualify for higher pay.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
