We are a self-storage facility, seeking a positive, self-motivated individual with organizational and time management skills. Our clients are important to us and demand efficiency and promptness; thus, attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are a must.
Job description: Seeking a Full Time Floating Manager to relieve Site Manager to travel between facilities. Employee will run multiple facets of day-to-day operations including sales, customer service, facility upkeep, and security.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily Invoices and reports
- Managing billing and account collection
- Balancing daily receipts and cash drawer
- Collection Calls and Emails
- Assisting with managing lien procedures and quarterly auctions
- Clerical work such as filing and data entry
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Selling Retail
- Marketing, promotion, and sales of self-storage service
- Assisting in maintaining property appearance and cleanliness
- Security of the perimeter
- Patrolling the property throughout the day
Successful candidates will possess:
- Excellent customer service/sales skills
- Prior administrative and or customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to succeed in an independent work environment
- Major ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the self-storage industry a plus but not required
- Employment background with verifiable references
- Valid California Driver's License
- Must drive your own vehicle/reliable form of transportation.
- Clean background (background check to be conducted prior to employment)
Hours: 36-40 hours per week
Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00, DOE
This is a Full Time position.
