HS Diploma or GED equivalent. Degree preferred. Strong preference for Dairy experience. Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience in a food production environment. Food manufacturing experience is a must have.
One (1) or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles. Strong leadership background – ability to direct a diverse unionized workforce. Ability to manage and develop associates.
Strong skills Working knowledge of MS applications including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ability to grasp additional business-related applications. Ability to lift upto 60 LBS
Salary : $32 - $40
