As an IT Technician at ALLQUIK, you will play a vital role in maintaining and supporting our clients' IT environments. Your energetic approach will help troubleshoot technical issues, manage computer systems, and deliver exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse technologies including operating systems like Windows and macOS, computer hardware, networking solutions such as LAN and VPNs, firewalls, and various management tools like ConnectWise and N-Able.
Duties
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across client environments.
- Manage computer systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Troubleshoot software problems related to applications like Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Assist with desktop support tasks including hardware upgrades, installations, and repairs.
- Utilize help desk management tools like ConnectWise and N-Able.
- Support the implementation of IT infrastructure projects and assist in routine maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, VPN configuration, and firewall management.
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues related to common applications like Microsoft Office and enterprise tools.
- Experience managing computer hardware components and performing hardware repairs or upgrades.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
