Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists client with bathing, dressing and grooming
- Assists client with toileting, including use of bedpan, or toilet
- Assists client with transfers and ambulation including use of cane, walker, and wheelchair
- Performs housekeeping duties
- Plan, prepare and serve meals, with assistance from the clients (when they are able).
- Report any unusual events or occurrences to the administrator
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- Completes all other duties within the Client Service Plan

Requirements:Qualifications:
- Current state license in good standing as an CNA
- 1 year caregiver experience in hospital, nursing home, other facility or homecare agency setting
- Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a Rhode Island's National background check
- State-required Flu Shot (annually thereafter)
- State-required Hepatitis B Shot
- State-required Immunization Record (Flu, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, COVID)
- State-required Birth Certification upload
- Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation
- Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
- Adequate physical endurance
Salary : $20 - $22
