Service Manager

We are currently seeking a Service Manager to join our office team and help coordinate daily operations while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper information is obtained prior to jobs beginning
• Coordinate with clients via phone and email to schedule jobs and provide updates on visit times
• Answer client questions regarding repair and installation process
• Work closely with the Warehouse and Inventory Specialist to confirm materials and units are available for upcoming projects
• Communicate with field crews at the end of the day to confirm job status and next steps
• Ensure after job photos are properly documented
• Create invoices upon job competition
• Process daily paperwork and payments from Service Technicians
• Ensure that Service Technicians are completing all visits with proper pricing and procedures
• Receive client communication emails and distribute information to the appropriate salesperson or manager

Key Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Interest in learning chimney repair and hearth installation processes (prior knowledge not required, training provided)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to learn computer programs/scheduling systems
• Work Environment:
• Office-based position

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
