What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Advisor position at Alloy Wealth Management?
A guaranteed base floor of at least $100,000 (fit to your needs), plus a large chunk of revenue on top (that never goes away), zero prospecting, and a calendar filled by a national media engine.
Alloy Wealth Management is actively expanding its footprint in Greenville. We have added significantly more than 9 figures in net new assets over the last couple of years. Our marketing engine—driven by local TV, radio, weekly Fox Business national TV appearances, digital campaigns, and live seminars—is running hot and converting at an extraordinary rate.
Our current constraint in Greenville is the lack of closing capacity. We are paying for demand; we cannot fully convert until this second seat is staffed. We need a proven closer to step in, run financial planning conversations, and move firm-fed prospects into funded clients.
What You Walk Into
- Zero Prospecting: Your lead flow and booked meetings are 100% supplied by the firm. You do not self-source.
- Pure Client-Facing Time: Everything non-client-facing is pulled off your plate and handled by our operations and service staff.
- Qualified Households: You will focus on retirees and pre-retirees with investable assets in the $500K–$3M range.
- Integrated Planning: You will operate across an integrated model of roughly 2/3 AUM, 1/3 annuity, and a small life insurance component.
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 employment model with a guaranteed base sized to meet your needs (floor of at least $100,000, typically higher).
- A percentage of the revenue you generate for the firm, specifically designed to reward the conversion of firm-fed meetings into funded production.
- Full employee benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k).
Who This Is NOT For: This is not a ramp or development seat for a newer advisor. It is not for book-building hunters who define their value by a self-sourced pipeline, nor is it for service-only relationship managers. This requires an integrated approach, so it is a mismatch for advisors with a fee-only or anti-insurance posture.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active Series 65/66 (or equivalent) & South Carolina life insurance license.
- Track Record: Proven history of closing retail retirement clients in the ~$500K–$2M investable range through financial planning conversations. Demonstrated production history gathering assets and funding households under your own name.
- Model Fit: Comfort operating and recommending suitable products inside an integrated AUM, annuity, and life model.
- Location: On-site, full-time presence in the Greenville, SC office.
Salary : $95,000 - $240,000
