Daily Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the help desk team
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members
- Monitor help desk performance and ensure service level agreements are met
- Develop and implement best practices for help desk management
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Experience with Remote Desktop Protocol and LAN/WAN design
- Strong background in Help Desk Management and Computer Science
- Knowledge of Systems Center Configuration Manager and Windows operating systems
- Experience in hardware support, VPN, and remote support
- Proficiency in AD Group Policy, virus removal, and firewall management
- Experience with BMC Remedy and DHCP/DNS management
- Knowledge of infrastructure management and Windows 10 operating system
