Part-Time Payroll Shipping Clerk
Abacus Payroll Inc., our affiliate payroll company, is seeking a part-time payroll clerk and office support team member in our Hammonton, NJ office location.
Responsibilities include:
- Sort and assemble payroll packages according to client number.
- Prepare payroll packages to be shipped to clients to meet timeline and delivery expectations.
- Abide by all payroll package checklists to maintain tracking accuracy and data security.
- Comply with security procedures and policies that protect client information.
- Notify the appropriate parties if output is missing or incorrect.
- Review/update daily processing reports.
- Prepare quarterly tax returns for shipping.
- Light customer service and miscellaneous office work.
Dependability, good communication, and strong organization skills are highly desired. Office experience preferred, but no experience necessary as training will be provided.
Hours will be Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 10:00am-2:00pm. Potential increase in hours down the line.
Salary Range
DOE; $20 / hour
This position is on-site at our Hammonton, NJ office location.
