Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Head Coach for a full-time, on-site role at Alloy Personal Training in Los Angeles, CA. As the Head Coach, you will lead and oversee the delivery of personalized training programs, create a positive and encouraging environment, and ensure an optimal client experience. You will be responsible for coaching clients, managing a team of trainers, conducting fitness assessments, and ensuring the team’s adherence to Alloy’s premium fitness standards and methodologies. Additional responsibilities include staff training, client retention strategies, and maintaining a safe and supportive training environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and support staff effectively.
- Experience in personal training, fitness instruction, and creating customized workout plans.
- Knowledge of fitness assessment techniques, health and wellness principles, and client progress tracking.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional client engagement and team collaboration.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle scheduling, program management, and daily operations efficiently.
- Passion for health, fitness, and positively impacting clients’ well-being.
- Professional certifications such as CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) or similar credentials are highly preferred.
- Prior experience in the fitness industry or coaching role is a plus.
