Form Mill Operator
Monday–Friday | Weekends Off | Paid Training | Competitive Pay
Pay: $20.00–$21.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but it's not required. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Operate form rolling mill equipment and production machinery
- Set up equipment and tooling for production runs
- Monitor product quality and production processes
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools
- Clean, straighten, and prepare materials for processing
- Perform basic machine adjustments and assist with equipment maintenance
- Record production data and maintain work orders
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
