Our Springfield, MO location is looking for an experienced Sales Account Representative (manufacturing and/or fastener background a plus!)
You will be traveling to customer locations in the United States to provide customer service and perform physical inventory counts approximately 2 weeks out of the month. Your job will be to ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Offer support and solutions to customers following the company's customer service policies and guidelines, in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Travel to U.S. customer sites.
- Manage inventory physically and digitally.
- Customer administration support, order entry, etc.
- Working directly with the Midwest Regional Sales Manager.
- Managing customer programs onsite (VMI).
Skills needed:
- 2 years of customer support experience.
- Effective telephone communication skills, with the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations that could arise with the customer.
- Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service regularly.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive and professional demeanor.

Manufacturing accounting and inventory system experience is a plus!
