Responsibilities
- Aggressively Acquire New Accounts: As a Sales Account Representative, you'll actively seek out new customers and build relationships with them.
- Customer Relationship Management: You'll maintain existing customer accounts by fostering trust through open communication and providing excellent service.
- Problem-Solving and Support: Respond efficiently to customer inquiries, offering solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Travel: Be prepared for travel to customer sites within the United States.
- Inventory Management: Handle physical and digital inventory management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Sales and be part of a strong sales team.
- Onsite Customer Programs: Manage customer programs on-site (such as Vendor Managed Inventory - VMI).
- Sales Experience: At least 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Effective Communication: Strong telephone communication skills for discussing and resolving customer situations.
- Customer Rapport: Build and maintain rapport with customers, ensuring exceptional service.
- Time Management: Multi-tasking, prioritization, and effective time management.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
- Goal-Driven and Positive Attitude: Work well under pressure with a positive and professional demeanor.
