Responsibilities:
- Learn our manufacturing and distribution operations and translate that knowledge into accurate product costing/quoting.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide support and solutions to customers in alignment with our customer service policies and guidelines in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform general office administration support.
Skills Needed:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong ability to understand technical information and translate it into costing.
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to read basic prints.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Capability to learn industry specifications and research standards.
- Quick learning and adaptability.
- Patience in learning the quoting process.
- Effective telephone communication skills with the ability to discuss and resolve customer issues.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers to provide exceptional service.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- ERP software or manufacturing accounting experience is a plus.
