Responsibilities

- Process transactions using the POS system, ensuring cash handling procedures are followed.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including kitchen areas and dining spaces.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform basic math calculations for order totals and change due to customers.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
Skills
- Proficient in math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience with POS systems is preferred for efficient order processing.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or grocery store setting is advantageous.
