Master Auto Technician – Blair Automotive (Carrollton, TX)

Blair Automotive Plano just wrapped up an incredible remodel that turned our lobby into something most dealerships would envy. Customers actually enjoy coming to get their car serviced. Behind that experience is a sharp, disciplined team of Euro techs who take pride in clean work and flawless execution. This is a crew that operates at a very high level and holds each other accountable.
We are looking for a true master level technician. [Audi Master Guild, BMW Level 1, Porsche Gold, Mercedes Master,] or someone on their way there.
Simply put, I have been exactly where you are right now, as a Master Guild Audi technician cranking away at the dealer. I built our shops to do it the right way. No red tape BS from warranty admins, no clueless service managers trying to do your job for you. We have created a collaborative environment where the technicians are the ones in control of their own destiny and how things flow through the shop. My goal is to give my team the flexibility to maximize their creativity in solving our customers’ problems.
You will have every factory scan tool, all the special tools, and every piece of equipment you need to do the job right. ODIS, ISTA, PIWIS, Xentry, all of it. Our facility is air conditioned, spotless, and built by technicians, for technicians.

Pay And Benefits
- $50 to $60 per flat rate hour plus production bonuses
