Blair Automotive Grapevine is planted right in the middle of one of the most affluent areas in North Texas. This is a community full of key-droppers who expect the best and pay for it. The shop runs lean, fast, and tight. Every person on this team is a high-level producer who knows how to move cars and keep quality first. Simply put, I have been exactly where you are right now, as a Master Guild Audi technician cranking away at the dealer. I built our shops to do it the right way. No red tape BS from warranty admins, no clueless service managers trying to do your job for you. We have created a collaborative environment where the technicians are the ones in control of their own destiny and how things flow through the shop. My goal is to give my team the flexibility to maximize their creativity in solving our customers' problems.

You will have every factory scan tool, all the special tools, and every piece of equipment you need to do the job right. ODIS, ISTA, PIWIS, Xentry, all of it. Our facility is air conditioned, spotless, and built by technicians, for technicians.

Pay and Benefits

• $50 to $60 per flat rate hour plus production bonuses

Deliver High-Quality Repairs

Bring precision, integrity, and craftsmanship to every job. Follow our 1-10-100 standards to ensure every vehicle leaves the shop in top condition.

Partner With the Front Office

Work closely with service and sales staff. Perform thorough inspections, identify needed repairs, and confidently explain findings to customers when needed.

Work Efficiently

Consistently flag 40 hours per week and manage your workload to keep the shop running smoothly.

Own Quality Control

Double-check the work of fellow technicians, review TSBs, and translate technical details into clear, accurate service recommendations. Assist with basic cleaning tasks when required.

Assess Vehicles Honestly

Perform accurate digital inspections, address customer concerns, and communicate clearly with the team and customers.

Maintain a Professional Shop

Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized. Stay proficient with diagnostic tools and manufacturer systems.

Ensure Compliance and Safety

Test, drive, and verify vehicles meet all federal and state requirements for safety, emissions, and performance.
