EUROPEAN AUTO TECHNICIAN - Boulder, CO
SimplyEuro is hiring at our Boulder, CO location - one of the most desirable markets for European auto repair in the nation.
We have a very rare opportunity for a technician here. We run some of the highest-producing shops in the country. This team averages over 200 hours per month, per technician, every single time.
This shop is a well-oiled machine with the entire crew working together to keep things pumping like clockwork. Managed by experienced leadership and anchored with the best service advisors I have ever met, there is so much work that we will literally never catch up with a community of key droppers ready to spend money on their car.
WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY?
Compensation
Starting at $50-$60/hr plus up to $5 production bonus. These guys hit the bonus every single pay period. Do the math on how much money you can make here. The sky is the limit.
THE SHOP SETUP
This is a super high-functioning team that works together, and everyone has to pull their weight to make this work. Don’t be a jerk, run hours, and have high-quality work, or you won’t make the cut.
