This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled RN to provide quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment.Would like 4x12s (with OT after 49 hours) but will consider 3x12s. ??Requirements:Active RN LicenseMassachusetts RN License (unencumbered)Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience requiredCurrent BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certificationsKey Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care for individuals with acute and urgent medical needsTriage patients based on severity of illness or injuryAdminister medications, treatments, and perform procedures per hospital protocolCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesMonitor and assess patients' vital signs, lab results, and overall conditionMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical recordRespond to medical emergencies and perform life-saving interventions as necessaryEducate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructionsAdhere to hospital policies, infection control, and safety protocols
