Candidate should possess 1 to 2 years of experience in apartment leasing. The role involves managing the rental process of apartment units to maintain maximum occupancy and achieve high renewal rates. Responsibilities include overseeing move-ins and move-outs, negotiating leases, handling renewals, and conducting apartment showings. It is essential to ensure that all paperwork is up-to-date and that prospective tenants complete their applications accurately. Familiarity with various industry concepts, practices, and procedures is required. The candidate must be available to work on weekends, exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, possess a positive attitude, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and have a genuine desire to exceed expectations!
