Your Role
You'll be the face of Mounting Pro for new clients, building relationships, preparing proposals, and turning high-value leads into booked jobs. You'll walk properties, collaborate with project managers, and help homeowners and GCs bring their visions to life.
What You'll Be Doing
- Follow up with warm leads (we'll keep you busy)
- Visit job sites and consult with homeowners or contractors
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
- Track your pipeline using our CRM (we'll train you)
- Communicate with the production team to ensure smooth handoffs
- Represent the Allman brand with pride, professionalism, and authenticity
- 2 years of sales experience (construction or home services a plus)
- Marketing experience preferred
- Strong communicator who can earn trust quickly
- Confident estimating and presenting to clients
- Highly organized and self-directedyou'll have freedom, but we expect results
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with construction, painting, or remodeling is a bonus
- Tech-comfortable (basic CRM, estimating software, etc.)
- Local to Summit County or ready to relocate to Breckenridge, CO
- $60,000 - $90,000 total comp potential (base commission)
