Who You Are
- 2 years of sales experience (construction, home services, or design background is a plus)
- Strong communicator who earns trust quickly
- Confident estimating and presenting to clients
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with painting, remodeling, or construction is helpful
- Tech-comfortable (CRM tools, estimating software, etc.)
- Based in Summit County or planning a move to the area
- Highly competitive compensation with commission upside
- Paid time off and performance-based bonuses
- Full-time, year-round opportunity in a growing division
