About The Role

About The Role
As a Commercial Painting Site Lead, you will guide daily jobsite activity, support your crew, coordinate with the Production Manager, and help ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You will be responsible for setting the pace on site, keeping work organized, solving day-to-day issues, and making sure the finished product reflects the quality Mountain Pro is known for.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise painting crews on residential and commercial jobsites
- Set a strong example for professionalism, productivity, and workmanship
- Keep jobsites clean, safe, organized, and moving on schedule
- Assign daily work based on crew skills and project priorities
- Maintain high standards for prep work, detail, application, and final finish
- Communicate with Production Managers regarding materials, schedules, progress, and jobsite needs
- Make short-term scheduling adjustments to help meet deadlines while protecting quality
- Support a positive, respectful, hardworking, drama-free team environment
- Represent Mountain Pro professionally with clients, contractors, and team members
- 2-3 years of professional commercial painting experience preferred, including interior, exterior, and prep work
- 2 years of foreman, lead, or crew leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and crew management skills
- Ability to plan ahead, troubleshoot, and keep work moving
- English fluency required; Spanish is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Local to Summit County or willing to relocate to Breckenridge, CO
- Full-time, year-round work, including through the winter season
