Allium is an intimate, chef-driven restaurant featuring 14 dining room seats, 6 bar seats, and a seasonal outdoor patio (20 ). Our service philosophy is rooted in finesse, precision, timing, and genuine hospitality. Every guest interaction matters.
We are seeking a highly skilled, hospitality-driven Server who thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a thoughtful, elevated dining experience.

Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience in upscale or fine-dining service
- Strong understanding of table etiquette and formal service standards
- Working knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and wine service
- Comfort preparing basic cocktails and managing a small bar setup
- Experience using an espresso machine, including espresso and steamed-milk beverages
- Ability to guide guests through menus with thoughtful beverage and food suggestions
- Polished, professional guest interaction and conversational skills
- Strong situational awareness—able to read the room and adapt service accordingly
- Ability to independently memorize frequently changing menus
- Understanding of Modern American cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Strong command of table pacing, firing courses, bussing, and resetting
- Excellent time management, sense of urgency, and self-motivation
- Team-oriented mindset with a consistently positive attitude

- Lunch Service: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM (approx.)
- Saturday Brunch: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
