Role Overview
We are looking for a high-output, analytically sharp Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation. This is not a traditional high-volume dialing role—this is a targeted, research-driven outbound position focused on engaging senior professionals with a compelling, data-driven value proposition.
You will work directly with the CEO to identify, engage, and qualify prospects across professional services vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, strategic calling)
- Identify and qualify high-value prospects within public entity vendors
- Research accounts deeply (organizational structure, production teams, vertical focus)
- Craft highly personalized outreach tied to real data insights from the platform
- Schedule qualified demos for the sales team
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline metrics
- Continuously iterate messaging based on market feedback
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a high-performance professional environment
- Strong written communication ability to craft concise, compelling outreach
- High intellectual curiosity and willingness to deeply understand the ecosystem
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders (VPs, Producers, Practice Leaders)
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
