Compensation:
Pay rate begins at a minimum equivalent to IBEW Local Union 776 Foreman rate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Service Technicians to join our team.
This role requires a strong work ethic, flexibility, and the ability to meet strict safety and compliance standards, particularly for projects requiring elevated background clearance.
General Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes
- Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- IBEW Local Union Membership
- Must meet Allison-Smith Insurance driving eligibility requirements:
- Minimum age of 21
- Clean driving record
