About the Role
We’re looking for an Accounting Manager to help lead the financial side of our growing modular construction business. You will play a hands-on role in managing the day-to-day accounting functions while helping shape the processes that support our continued growth.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities include and not limited to):
- Lead Financial Operations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, daily cash flow, general ledger reviews, reconciliations, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and reporting — ensuring accuracy and compliance like GAAP.
- Support and Develop the Team
- Care, drive goal settings, mentor, supervise, and train accounting teams.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure precise job costing, reporting, and financial transparency across projects.
- Processes and Controls
- Maintain solid accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Take initiative as a proactive problem solver.
- Assist with internal and external audits, monitor costs (WIP), and identify opportunities for improvement to streamline operations as we grow.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
Experience:
- 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in construction, modular building, or manufacturing is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required.
- CPA or CMA a plus.
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong grasp of GAAP and accounting best practices.
- Confident leader, collaborator, and hands-on problem solver.
- Able to balance structure with flexibility – and wearer of many hats.
- Attention to detail with a mindset for continuous improvement.
