Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and organized Event & Warehouse Crew Leader to oversee event setup and teardown, manage warehouse operations, and lead a crew in delivering successful events. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the flexibility to travel and work weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to travel out of state during the event season
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:
- Setting up and dismantling large event tents
- Operating and setting up small carnival rides
- Installing and operating inflatable attractions
- Basic mechanical and equipment troubleshooting skills
- Forklift operation experience
- Catering or food service experience
Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse and event crews before, during, and after events
- Coordinate loading, unloading, transportation, and organization of equipment
- Supervise event setup and teardown while ensuring quality and safety standards
- Train and motivate crew members to perform efficiently
- Maintain an organized warehouse and inventory system
- Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on equipment
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
- Ensure all events are completed on schedule and meet company expectations
- Communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members
- Assist with other warehouse and event-related duties as assigned
