Event Operations & Warehouse Team Member

Allison’s Fun Inc. is looking for a dependable, hard-working team member to help prepare, load, set up, operate, and tear down event equipment for corporate events, company picnics, and special events.

This is a hands-on position that includes both warehouse work and event-site work. The right person is reliable, safety-minded, able to work well with a crew, and comfortable with a schedule that may include weekends and overtime as needed.

What You’ll Do

As part of our event operations team, you will help make sure equipment is clean, ready, safely loaded, properly set up, and returned in good condition after each event.

Responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading event equipment before and after events
• Setting up and tearing down equipment such as inflatables, rides, tents, and other event items
• Assisting with safe operation of event equipment while on-site
• Inspecting equipment before, during, and after use
• Helping maintain, organize, and clean warehouse inventory
• Working with the event team to keep setups running smoothly and on schedule
• Following company safety procedures and quality standards at all times
• Communicating clearly with team members, managers, and event leads

What We’re Looking For

This role is best for someone who enjoys active, physical work and does well in a team environment.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to jump in wherever needed

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
