Qualifications

Looking of an ambitious hard working people that enjoy cleaning, are detailed oriented, and most of all like helping people, to join my team in my up and coming cleaning company.

• Proven experience in residential cleaning and sanitation practices
• Knowledge of floor care and maintenance techniques
• Ability to perform and manage housekeeping tasks
• Familiarity with janitorial and custodial duties
• Mopping
• Vacuum
• Window Cleaning
• Dusting
• Knowledge of the differences between the types of stoves
• Steam Cleaner Knowledge
• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction

Responsibilities

• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, ensuring high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
• Manage laundry and carpet cleaning tasks as required.
• Utilize janitorial and custodial skills for commercial cleaning projects.
• Occasionally prepare meals, demonstrating cooking skills when requested.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.

The physical work requirements are as fallow:

• · Carrying up to 50 LBS
• · Climbing Step and ladders from 4 feet high to 8 feet high
• · Reaching
• · Cleaning bathrooms ( including Toilets)
• · Window Cleaning ( Interior and Exterior ) Window jobs for single level homes
• · Walking
• · Climbing up and down stairs sometimes daily
• · Moving dining room chairs
• Every team member has a 90 day probationary period of training.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.24 per hour
