Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Develop comprehensive project frameworks, including detailed scopes, timelines, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with the design team
- Implement and maintain rigorous project management systems to ensure consistent, high-quality project execution
- Conduct weekly strategic planning meetings to track project progress and proactively address potential challenges
- Manage full project lifecycle, from initial concept through final installation, maintaining strict adherence to budgetary and quality standards
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor management, purchase order generation, and comprehensive tracking
- Execute precise financial management, including invoicing, budgeting, and cost control
- Coordinate complex logistical requirements for residential and commercial design projects
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate dynamic project environments
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in interior design project management
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp
- Knowledge of My Doma, Trello, Design Manager, or other industry-related software programs
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
