Position Summary
The Manager, People Development supports the strategic goals of Allinial Global’s People Team, which includes both Learning & Development (L&D) and Human Resources (HR).
This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and collaborative professional who thrives at the intersection of education, program management, and people strategy. The Manager will assist with design and oversight of learning experiences, manage global education sessions, support accreditation compliance, and strengthen the culture and engagement of member firms.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Collaborate with the CPO to plan, execute, and evaluate AG’s educational programs, including leadership development, technical training, and international learning sessions
- Assist in the creation and editing of presentations, communications, and events
- Provide support to the L&D committee and community
- Oversee instructor evaluation, participant feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support content design, presentation creation, and resource coordination across programs
- Manage logistics for live, hybrid, and virtual learning events, including communications, evaluations, and follow-up documentation
Accreditation & Compliance
- Perform annual renewals and audits for NASBA, Texas State Board, and SHRM accreditation
- Attend the annual NASBA conference with or without CPO’s attendance to help capture helpful insights for the AG L&D team
- Act as a NASBA and SHRM standards resource to staff and members
- Perform internal audits of programs for compliance, and follow up on missing compliance items with associated registrars
Human Resources & People Initiatives
- Partner with the CPO and HR Committee to advance current initiatives
- Provide support to the Human Resource committee and community
- Support HR community engagement and communications across member firms
Collaboration, Systems & Communication
- Assist with onboarding management related to new members
- Work alongside the events team and member services
- Support with travel arrangements and administrative duties
- Maximize software for project management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with other areas to increase visibility and participation in AG’s educational opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or certification in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or Organizational Development preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or educational program management
- Proficient in MS Office, Teams, and Zoom
- Experience with LMS administration, LCvista preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great communicator - written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of the accounting industry, regulators, and compliance
- Ability to manage overlapping deadlines across multiple departments, with high accuracy of deliverable output a must
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Knowledge of the accounting or professional services industry is a plus
