Job Description: Principle Responsibilities Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being. Job Requirements MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required Board certified in Plastic Surgery with 2-3 years' experience preferred/Completion of an accredited ACGME Plastic Surgery residency General Plastic Surgery opportunity with emphasis on Breast and General Reconstruction Interest in Micro-Surgical Breast Reconstruction preferred Breast reconstruction experience Skin cancer reconstruction experience Coordinated reconstruction with orthopedics, vascular and oncology partners BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain) Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI) Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable BLS/ACLS required within 180 days of hire Physical Demands Medium Work*: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently Pay Range Pay Range: $561,750 to $611,500 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
