Provide PM&R consultation services in hospital and outpatient settings, helping determine appropriate rehabilitation plans for patients with physical or neurologic impairments. Share responsibilities with three other physicians and two APPs in a team-based model designed to support clinical quality, continuity, and work-life sustainability. Interest and experience in spasticity management, including evaluation, treatment planning, and procedures, are strongly preferred. Required Qualifications Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited Physical Medicine and Rehab residency Licenses/Certifications Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required and must be board certified or be eligible for board certification within Physical Medicine and Rehab upon hire ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate upon hire required Prescription Monitoring Program upon hire required National Provider Identifier upon hire required Physical Demands Medium Work*: Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequently Pay Range Pay Range: $258,825 to $305,580 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
