Job Description: Position Overview Allina Health is seeking a Perinatal Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary Perinatal Mental Health Program, embedded within our hospital‑based outpatient mental health clinics and closely integrated with the Mother–Baby Clinical Service Line. This role offers a hybrid practice model, combining in‑person clinical care with 1–2 days per week of virtual (telepsychiatry) services, supporting flexibility while maintaining strong interdisciplinary collaboration. You will provide specialized psychiatric care to pregnant and postpartum patients, partner closely with obstetrics and pediatrics, and contribute to the continued growth of a comprehensive, system‑wide perinatal mental health continuum. Our team includes experienced psychiatrists, psychologists, LICSWs, specialty nurses, and advanced practice providers dedicated to evidence‑based, compassionate care throughout the perinatal period.
