We are seeking a Part-Time Orthodontist to join our team, working 4–6 days per month across our Cibolo and Gonzales locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an orthodontist looking for flexibility while practicing in a collaborative, pediatric-focused environment with strong clinical support and a steady patient flow.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, prevent, and treat dental and facial irregularities in pediatric and adolescent patients
- Develop and implement comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans (braces, clear aligners, interceptive orthodontics)
- Monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with pediatric dentists and clinical team to coordinate care
- Educate patients and parents on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and appliance care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation
- Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, safety standards, and Texas dental regulations
- Provide a positive, engaging, and reassuring experience for young patients
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Orthodontic Residency Program
- Active Texas Dental License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Board-eligible or board-certified in orthodontics preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children and parents
- Experience in pediatric orthodontics or working in a pediatric dental setting preferred
