Through our Care Connect program, we connect experienced, compassionate caregivers with meaningful care opportunities across the Bay Area and Greater Sacramento.We are currently recruiting caregivers and support providers to join our growing community and support children, teens, and adults with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and rare conditions.About the RoleCaregivers provide in-home and community-based support tailored to each individual’s needs.
