About The Position
Hospital: Memorial Health University Medical Center Location: Savannah, GA Address: 4700 Waters Ave. Unit: NICU (Neonatal) RRT Building: General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : Patient Ratios : Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Type of equipment: Servo U & Drager VN500, F&P Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, Vaportherm, & heliox therapy. Documentation system: Epic Scheduling requirements: 7PM 12 hr shift Floating policy: Patient Experience requirements: 1 years Neonatal ICU or PICU Critical Care experience Hospital Specifics- Certifications: PALS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: 1 year Neonatal or PICU Critical Care experience Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Must be able to independently admit and manage vented patients in Peds ICU using Servo U ventilator. Also, setup and manage heliox therapy though invasive and non-invasive measures. Familiar with non-invasive ventilation including use of biPAP and CPAP. Neonatal skills to include Bubble CPAP, and, use of nitric oxide, and high frequency ventilation. Certifications Required: PALS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Hunter Green Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
