AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified Rad Tech in Hilo, Hawaii, 96720!

Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license required. Candidates not currently licensed in Hawaii must apply upon acceptance and have an active Hawaii license by assignment start.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in operation of radiographic equipment and independent functioning without supervision.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and protocols. Must have personal dosimeter badge.
• Experience with Meditech EMR, Philips DR, Philips and OEC C-arms, and Konica DR preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Days. Shift pattern varied; day/evening coverage.
• Call: Average of 3 call days per month.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
• Start Requirement: Traveler must arrive on island the Friday prior to the Monday start for HR and entrance health clearance appointments.
