Requirements
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility activities
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising PT
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT in a timely manner
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and rehabilitation techniques
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Maintain compliance with facility standards and state/federal regulations
Requirements
- Active PTA license in MA required to start the assignment
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- BLS/CPR certification
- Prior SNF experience preferred
