- Assist Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Help patients improve strength, balance, and coordination
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising PT
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements
- Active New Jersey PTA License (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of PTA experience preferred
- Rehab or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Current BLS Certification (Required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
