AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Stockton, California, 95201!
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility
- Supervise and guide PTA staff as needed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
