Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- AL PT license required. Compact license accepted.
- Experience with Oasis required.
- Experience with HCHB required.
- PT experience required.
Assignment Details
- Monday through Friday schedule.
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Flexibility in hours required.
- No call requirement.
- Coverage area includes Cullman, Blount, and Marshall counties.
