Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Proposed weekly schedule: M-F 8 hour days
• Caseload: Up to 7 patients per day, 1 patient per hour, 1.5 hours for evaluations
• Productivity expectations: 87%
• EMR/Documentation system: NetHealth
