Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- Current BLS Certification
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient
- Shift Name: Days
- Shift Details: 40 hrs. per week, Rotating Days Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 4:00pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm, or 8:30am - 5:00pm
- No Holiday, No Weekend shifts required
