Requirements
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation setting
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare team members
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management
- Maintain compliance with facility standards and state licensure requirements
Requirements
- Active PT license in NC required to start the assignment
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- BLS/CPR certification
- Prior clinical experience preferred
