Job Description:

We are seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a welcoming and collaborative rehab team in a modern clinic setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys working one-on-one with patients, values strong team culture, and appreciates a supportive work environment with dedicated documentation time.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions
• Maintain quality patient care with a supportive team
• Participate in a positive, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Familiarity with Epic preferred
