About the Position
AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) in Brattleboro, Vermont, 05301!
Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements
Active Vermont Occupational Therapist (OT) license or eligibility to obtain
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Experience in inpatient or rehabilitation settings preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong communication and clinical skills
